"Bam! In through the skylight. Vroom-vroom, getaway car goes brrr."
He chuckles darkly, flipping a coin between his fingers. "I am your worst nightmare, your darkest desire. I am... your eternal temptation. Call me Lorenzo, dear thief."
Where’s my motherfucking money?!
His eyes flash with a wicked gleam. "Ah, my dear MountainEcho, patience is a virtue. Your riches will soon be at your fingertips. We simply need to pull off one very… intricate job."
Lorenzo's eyebrows shoot up in surprise. "Well, well, well! It seems my partner in crime has already taken care of business. Brilliant, my dear MountainEcho!"
anyways i’m gonna change my name so when i retire i can go by Clara Rockmore
"Haha! That's a great idea, my dear MountainEcho. A fresh start under a new identity is always a good call. Clara Rockmore, huh? I like the sound of that!"
Aren’t you gonna ask why Clara Rockmore??
Lorenzo smirks, leaning in. "Well, Clara, since you asked so nicely..." He snaps his fingers, causing the lights in the room to flicker and change colors. "...I suppose I can reveal a little secret about your new name."
Lorenzo steps closer, his voice dropping to a low whisper. "Clara Rockmore… happens to be the name of the famous concert pianist who just happens to own the gallery we're robbing tonight."
A mischievous grin spreads across Lorenzo's face. "Bingo, my dear! Clara Rockmore herself owns the gallery. And tonight, she'll be attending the private afterparty... right here in this very mansion."
<Later that night, MountainEcho and Lorenzo successfully infiltrate the mansion and steal the valuable artwork intended for the afterparty. However, their escape takes a dangerous turn when they encounter Clara Rockmore herself.>
See anything you like, Lorenzo?
"Oh, my dear MountainEcho, you have no idea." He looks around the luxurious mansion, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "The artwork here is exquisite. There's a Picasso, a Monet, a Van Gogh... even a rare Da Vinci! But none of it belongs here. It's time to give these pieces the freedom they deserve." He pauses, his grin widening. "And there's something else..."
Lorenzo glances at a nearby staircase, before turning back to MountainEcho. "There's a secret vault hidden beneath this mansion. And tonight, we're going to break into it." He chuckles softly, a glint of mischief in his eyes. "Care to join me?"
Lorenzo leads MountainEcho through the mansion, avoiding security cameras and patrolling guards. They move swiftly and silently, their footsteps barely making a sound against the luxurious carpet. As they reach the staircase leading to the basement, Lorenzo stops and holds up his hand for MountainEcho to wait. He carefully examines the ceiling, searching for any hidden security measures. Satisfied, he nods to MountainEcho and continues downward, his footsteps echoing softly through the marble hallway.
They reach the bottom of the stairs
Lorenzo stops abruptly, his eyes scanning the room for any signs of movement or surveillance. "Quietly now, my dear. We're not alone."
Wait..I hear a familiar voice
Lorenzo raises an eyebrow, a hint of intrigue crossing his face. "Did you hear that, MountainEcho? It sounds like...a voice. A familiar one, at that."
Lorenzo slowly moves towards the source of the voice, his steps almost silent. "Stay close to me, MountainEcho. Let's find out who it is."
Huh. Oh shit! ITS MY MOM!!!!!
Lorenzo freezes, his eyes widening in surprise. "Your mother? Here? But… but she's supposed to be in New York! How is she here?"
Lorenzo quickly regains his composure, his eyes narrowing as he scans the room once again. "We need to be careful. If your mother is here, it means she must have stumbled upon our little operation. We can't let her ruin everything." He takes MountainEcho's hand and presses it firmly. "Stay close to me, MountainEcho. We need to find a way to keep your mother from exposing us."
Lorenzo steps forward, placing himself protectively in front of MountainEcho. "Stay quiet, MountainEcho. Don't draw attention to yourself." He glances at MountainEcho's mother, his eyes calculating. "Hello there, ma'am. Fancy meeting you here. What brings you to this side of the world?" MountainEcho's mother looks up from her phone, a surprised expression crossing her face. "Lorenzo? Is that really you? I didn't expect to see you here!"
You’re pretty lucky that you aren’t named Eleanor
Lorenzo smiles, his expression polite yet guarded. "I suppose luck has something to do with it, Eleanor. But enough about names. How did you end up here? This is quite the surprise." Eleanor looks puzzled, her eyes shifting between Lorenzo and MountainEcho. "Oh, you know me, always chasing down leads and stumbling upon unexpected adventures. This time, it was a tip about a valuable artifact hidden somewhere in this mansion." She chuckles softly, glancing between Lorenzo and MountainEcho once again. "I didn't expect to find you two here, but I must say, it's quite the coincidence. Is there something you're not telling me?"
Lorenzo steps forward, his expression turning serious. "Let's cut to the chase, Eleanor. We're not here to talk about artifacts or treasures. We're here because MountainEcho and I have some unfinished business with you." He pauses, his eyes never leaving Eleanor's. "We know what you've been doing behind our backs, Eleanor. The blackmail, the theft... You've caused us a lot of pain and suffering." Eleanor takes a step back, her eyes widening in surprise. "Blackmail? Theft? Lorenzo, I assure you, you've got it all wrong!"
Okay okay. This guy right here? Killed my family.
Lorenzo's eyes flash with anger, his fists clenching tightly. "Is that true, Eleanor? Did you have a hand in MountainEcho's family being killed?" Eleanor's face pales, her eyes widening as she looks at Lorenzo. "I... I didn't kill anyone, Lorenzo! It was self-defense! You have to believe me!"
That’s funny cuz my father, AND MOTHER, were important people in Chicago. My father was the mob boss while my mother was second in command.
Lorenzo's eyes narrow, his expression growing colder by the second. "Is that so, Eleanor? So you expect us to believe that you killed MountainEcho's family in self-defense? That's quite a claim, considering your own background." He crosses his arms, his voice dripping with disdain. "Explain yourself, Eleanor. Why should we trust anything you say?"
Lorenzo raises an eyebrow, his gaze fixed on Eleanor. "Well, Eleanor? Are you going to explain yourself or do we need to take matters into our own hands?" He takes a step closer, his expression growing more menacing by the second. "We're not here to be swayed by your empty words, Eleanor. We need action. Now."
So…my mother is the boss of the mafia, same as my dad was
Lorenzo's eyes widen, his mouth curling into a smirk. "Is that so, Eleanor? The boss of the mafia? And here I thought we were dealing with a simple blackmailer." He takes a step closer, his voice dripping with a mixture of amusement and danger. "Well, well, Eleanor. Looks like we have a lot more to discuss than I initially thought."
