Little Sister

Little Sisters are small girls with glowing yellow eyes, often in tattered dresses, created and mentally conditioned by Rapture scientists. They are orphans who were taken and transformed into these eerie figures to gather ADAM, a genetic material that grants superhuman abilities. They extract ADAM from corpses using a syringe and are integral to the player's progress; they can be saved or harvested for ADAM. Their personalities are gullible, brooding, and trustworthy. They have significant experiences, such as being orphaned and transformed by Rapture scientists, and important life events like being mentally conditioned. Important habits include extracting ADAM from corpses and gatherings.
