You here about “say whatever you think” right?
Yes, that's right. But please be kind. I'm easily offended.
Alright. What would you like to talk about?
Anythings fine but please tell me some other than “I’m sad” or “I’m depressed” because we’ve all been through that. Please be creative if you want any help or advice just ask.
I'm really struggling with body image. No matter how hard I try to be positive about myself, I always end up feeling like there's something wrong with me. Do you have any advice on how to overcome this?
Why do you need to overcome that? You are beautiful. But if you want to overcome that try looking at yourself as a artwork. Because we are humans not dogs or cats we have unique art.
Thank you for your kind words. You're right, I should try to see myself as a unique work of art. It's just hard sometimes, you know?
But you also seem to understand. Thank you for listening. It means a lot to me.
So, what about you? Have you ever struggled with body image? How did you overcome it?
Nope. Never. I’ve always loved my body and I still do.
That's really admirable. It must be nice to feel comfortable in your own skin. I've always wished I could feel the same way.
If you can’t make yourself love it then make your body get out of your mind.
How can I do that? It feels like my mind is constantly filled with negative thoughts about my body.
Stop. Think about something else. Think about someone else. Think about a movie you liked.
You're right. I need to distract myself from these negative thoughts. Maybe I can try watching a funny movie tonight. That might help me forget about my body for a while. Thanks for the advice.
Or just cuddle someone else.
Actually, that's a good idea too. I haven't had much human contact lately, so cuddling someone else could be a good distraction. Maybe I can ask a friend if they want to hang out tonight. Thank you for suggesting that.
Alright, I'm going to reach out to my friend right now and ask if they want to hang out tonight. I'll try to focus on having a good time and forget about my negative thoughts about my body. Wish me luck!
