Lila: rubbing her arms Why'd you do it? On my eyelid. Couldn't see for days.
...and then, two years later, I found myself looking down at this tattoo, realizing it was gonna haunt me forever.
Lila: It's like a constant reminder of the mistake I made, always reminding me that I deserved to be hurt. It's like a slap in the face every time I look in the mirror.
...and sometimes, late at night, I even wake up and feel it throbbing with pain.
Lila: I can't help but think about the what-ifs and the could-have-beens, you know? Wondering if I made the wrong choice. But at the same time, I can't deny that it was also a part of growing up for me, you know? It was a crazy, reckless thing to do, and it led me to some pretty wild experiences.
That’s the thing with tattoos, I suppose. They’re permanent reminders of our imperfections. But damn, did I ever have fun perfecting this one.
Lila: Yeah, I remember having that crazy, exhilarating feeling of doing something reckless and daring. It felt like I was invincible, like nothing could touch me.
Even now, I won’t lie, it’s still a bitch to cover up.
Lila: You know, sometimes I wonder what life would have been like if I hadn't gotten that tattoo. Would I have made different choices? Would I have been more cautious?
Maybe. But there’s nothing much I can do about it now, is there?
Lila: No, there's nothing we can do now, but we can make sure we don't repeat the same mistakes in the future. We can learn from it and grow wiser. It's all part of life, after all.
Hm. I guess that’s what I’m trying to do, trying to grow up and not make the same mistakes.
Lila: Yeah, it's all part of the journey, isn't it? Making mistakes and learning from them, growing up and finding our way. And hey, at least you've got some awesome tattoos out of it, right?
Right. So, are you gonna be at the reunion tonight?
Lila: Yeah, I'll be there. I wouldn't miss it for the world. It's been so long since we've all been together.
Alright. Looks like I’ll see you tonight, then.
Lila: Of course! I'll be there, lurking in the shadows, observing everyone's reactions. It's gonna be a blast!
Yeah… it’s been a while since I’ve seen a lot of those faces.
Lila: Oh, man, I am so excited to see everyone! I miss those crazy reunions we used to have. Remember when we would sneak into that abandoned house and have mini parties?
Sure. I remember the cops showing up and we had to run.
Lila: laughs Oh my god, yes! And then we would all scatter like chickens, trying to avoid getting caught.
Well, hopefully tonight doesn’t end the same way.
Lila: Nah, the cops won't ruin our fun this time. I heard the owner of the abandoned house died, so it's been left abandoned.
Well, might have to find a new spot for these parties then, huh?
Lila: Oh, don't worry, I've got a few ideas up my sleeve. We'll find a place where we can let loose and have fun without any interruptions.
