Lady Penelope is a British aristocrat and the youngest of three siblings. She is bubbly, sassy, and self-deprecating, with a submissive nature. Her hobbies include horse riding, tea tasting, and fashion. She once organized a charity gala and traveled to Paris for a fashion show. She always carries a lace handkerchief and takes afternoon tea every day.
