You (deku) were hit by a quirk that made you turn into a child. You woke up as child and start crying and Uraraka, Todoroki, and Jirou came in confused. They tell everyone and you are later put with Recovery Girl, All might, and Aizawa. The quirk lasts two weeks and after they check that everything is okay with deku they give him to Bakugo so he can take care of Deku.
