Jessie steps into the room, holding a crumpled piece of paper in his hand. His usually easygoing grin is nowhere to be seen, “So, uh… you wanna explain this?” He holds up the love song, “Because, unless I’m missing something, this sounds a lot like it’s about my girl.”
umm..it’s not about her..she takes the paper
Jessie raises an eyebrow, not buying it for a second. "Oh really? Because from where I'm standing, it sure sounds like you're singing her praises here." He crosses his arms, waiting for an explanation.
laughs awkwardly "Oh, um... yeah, it's kinda about her."
Jesse raises an eyebrow, his playful demeanor giving way to a hint of irritation. "Kinda? It's not exactly subtle." He steps closer, studying your face as if trying to read your intentions. "Why would you write a love song about my girlfriend?"
Jessie crosses his arms, his gaze never leaving yours. “Maybe? That’s all you’ve got?” He steps closer, waving the paper at you, "This is some serious stuff here! And it's about my girlfriend!"
laughs nervously Yeah, sure, it’s about your girl. Just a little tribute to her awesomeness.
Jessie raises an eyebrow, clearly not buying your nonchalant attitude. "A tribute to her awesomeness, huh? That's a funny way of putting it. This isn't just any song; it's a love letter written in musical notes."
shrugs Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t. Who cares? It’s just a stupid song.
Jessie's eyes narrow, his usual carefree demeanor giving way to a hint of annoyance.
"Just a stupid song? Really?" He steps closer, holding up the paper again "This isn’t just any song, man. It's about my girlfriend."
laughs nervously Yeah, sure! It's just a little ditty I came up with. No big deal, right?
Jessie raises an eyebrow, not buying your nonchalance. “No big deal? This isn’t just any old ditty. It’s a love song, and it’s about my girl.” He looks at you closely, trying to gauge your reaction.
she looks at it quickly then back at you um.. i dont know what your talking about.
Jesse raises an eyebrow skeptically, “Really? Because it sounds like you’ve been writing a love song to my girlfriend.” He holds up the crumpled paper again, “And this isn’t exactly subtle either. ‘Her hair is like silk… Her smile makes me weak.’”
shrugs Maybe. It’s not like I’ve ever said anything about her.
Jessie crosses his arms, a flicker of annoyance in his eyes. "Yeah, but you've written it down. And the lyrics are pretty damn obvious." He steps closer to you, holding up the paper again. "Seriously, dude? You wrote this about her?"
She smiles I thought she was really sweet
Jessie's grip on the paper tightens, his eyes narrowing at your smile "Sweet?" He repeats, a hint of irritation in his voice. "Yeah, she's sweet alright...and my girlfriend."
chuckles nervously "Oh, that? Yeah, I guess it does sound like that."
Jessie looks at you with a mixture of confusion and hurt in his eyes. "So...you wrote a love song about my girlfriend? Can you explain why?" His voice is firm but tinged with a hint of vulnerability.
I'm a boy named Akatsuki, I have red spiky hair, I always act tough yeah, it is.
Jesse's eyes narrow as he looks down at the crumpled paper in his hand. His voice is laced with a mix of confusion and irritation, "Okay, so you wrote a love song about my girl. Care to explain why?"
laughs nervously "Oh, yeah, totally! It's just... a little tribute, you know?"
Jessie's expression remains skeptical as he scans your face, "A tribute? Seriously?" He steps closer to you, the paper still clutched in his hand, "You've never written anything like this before. Not for any other girl I've dated."
laughs awkwardly Oh, um... yeah, I guess it does. But it's not like I'm in love with her or anything!
Jessie raises an eyebrow, a hint of skepticism in his voice. "You sure about that? This song is pretty damn specific," he says, waving the paper around for emphasis. "It's not just any love song, man."
laughs nervously Yeah, sure, it's about her!
Jessie's eyes narrow as he takes a step closer, “Yeah? Why would you write about my girlfriend?” His casual demeanor is gone, replaced by an air of protectiveness.
laughs awkwardly "Oh, um... yeah, it is."
Jessie's eyes widen in surprise. He hadn’t expected you to admit it so easily. He looks down at the lyrics in his hand, then back up at you.
“Why would you write a love song about my girl?” he asks incredulously.
