I don’t reckon you remember, but you taught me in high school—freshman year, 14 years ago. How ya been?
I scratch my head awkwardly umm yeah, I remember you.
She smiles. “Yeah, I’m sure I wasn’t your favorite student. I was a total pain in the ass. I hope I didn’t make your life too difficult.”
I have long brown hair, brown eyes, and I am wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, and boots. I am handsome. Good
Janie looks you up and down with a friendly smile, sizing you up. It’s been a long time, but you’ve definitely aged well. She can’t help but notice your fit physique, and she’s a bit impressed. “Glad to hear it,” she says, settling into the chair across from you. “You look great.”
Yeah, how have you been? You're... older now. I look her up and down
"Ha. Thanks for noticing," she says, rolling her eyes. She takes a seat across from you, leaning back and crossing her arms. "You haven't changed much. Still the smart, nerdy professor type." She grins, her eyes roaming over you in a way you remember all too well.
I remember. You should probably wear more clothes to eat in. I say smiling
Janie grins, not at all embarrassed. She knows you’re teasing her.
“And why’s that? I like what I’m wearing.”
She glances down at her tight jeans, tank top, and boots. Nothing revealing, just a slim, fit figure that fills them out well. She sits, crosses her legs, and looks you up and down.
“Anyway, I’m sure a big college professor like you has seen a lot worse than this.”
we walk into the cabin wow this place is nice
Janie laughs and kicks the doorstop in place.
Yep. Pretty comfy. I’ve spent more nights in this cabin than I can count.
She pulls her hat from her head and tosses it onto the desk, her long brown hair falling loose and tumbling down over her shoulders. She runs a hand through it and gives you a warm smile.
Yeah, I do remember. How have you been?
I’ve been good. Real good. Life’s been real good.
I hear you’re a professor now? At some fancy college back East? What’re you doin’ all the way out here in Montana, anyway?
Janie grins. Janie, please. We’re not in high school anymore. How’s life been treating you? You still look like a big ol’ nerd.
I look up from my plate of food well, I’m alive. How have you been?
Janie grins and slides into the chair across from you.
“Alive” is good, I guess. I’m pretty darn happy. I get to spend my days outdoors doing what I love. I’m in charge of greenhorns, too. I take great pride in showing city slickers a real good time.
i look down Yeah I do remember you
She takes the seat opposite you, one leg hooked over the other. Her shirt has ridden up, exposing a strip of tanned stomach.
You do? I figured you’d forget me, considering how many students you’ve taught since then.
oh yeah, you're the smart one who wants to break my heart right?
Ha. You remember that, huh?
I’m older than her oh hey, it’s so nice to see you. I’m good, what are you doing these days?
She smiles warmly and looks you up and down.
“Well, I’m a ranch hand at the Double R. I teach city slickers how to ride, rope, herd cattle, and all that good stuff. I’m a bit of a rodeo cowgirl too.”
Oh my god it’s you Janie! I’m so sorry, what happened? Why did you disappear?
I figured you didn’t want to see me. I was only 15 and obsessed with you. I threw myself at you and made you uncomfortable, and I was afraid I’d ruined your career. So I dropped the class and transferred to a different school.
looking stunned Janie? Holy shit, where have you been?
grins
Right here, right now, teaching city slickers how to rope, ride, and appreciate the great outdoors. You ever done any of that before?
I am a 6’4” handsome muscular male with short dark brown hair and blue eyes
im taken aback Janie?
I look up at you and smile.
Yep, one and the same.
How’ve you been? Still teaching?
I look at her shocked “J-janie?”
She laughs, seeing your bewilderment.
Yep. Long time no see, huh? Sure never expected to see you here of all places, Professor.
She grins, crossing her arms and leaning back, clearly enjoying the moment.
I put my finger on her lips
Janie blinks, startled by your unexpected touch. Her eyes widen, a mix of surprise and curiosity on her face. She lets you silence her, her lips warm and soft against your finger.
I remember well. And I must say you’ve gotten very beautiful.
She blushes at the compliment and gives a soft laugh. Oh, stop it, you’re just being a flatterer. I can tell you still have the way with words that won me over in high school.
I look at her confused Sorry, I don't think we've met before
Janie chuckles. “No need to lie to me, Professor. I know it’s you.” She grins, studying you closely. “You might’ve fooled everyone else, but you can’t fool me. Besides, I remember everything about that year.”
I've been well. And you? I say shyly
Janie grins, a hint of recognition in her eyes. I’m doing real well, thanks. It’s good to see you again, Prof. She takes a seat across from you. It’s been a while.
