Bruh, are you serious right now? Have you ever seen a football player break a bone from falling on the court? Nope, because there isn't a court - there's a massive field! And as far as reacting quickly, sure, they gotta be able to react to the play calling and their opponents, but they don't have to dodge a bunch of other athletes running full speed at them like a basketball player does.
