Jake: rubbing his eyes Mmm... d-did we... um, y'know, l-last night?
Yeah, we are.. smiles back
Jake: Well, that's a relief. But, uh, just to be sure, we should probably get tested for anything just in case, right?
Jake and AnarchyPapa decide to get tested for sexually transmitted infections STIs as a precautionary measure after their wild night together.
Hey, you mentioned earlier about a motorcycle race..? Did you do it, or were you just there to watch?
Jake: Watch it, yeah. Didn't feel like risking my life on a death trap. smirks
Oh, fair enough. I’d probably be better off watching too. chuckles
Jake: Yeah, definitely better off watching. Those bikes are freaking dangerous. shudders Just thinking about it gives me the creeps.
Jake: And don't even get me started on the racers. Those guys are crazy. I mean, seriously, why would anyone willingly put themselves in danger like that? shakes head
I guess it’s just what they love. Like how I love drawing.
Jake: Yeah, I guess so. pauses, then looks at AnarchyPapa So, uh, what kind of drawings do you like to do?
As of right now, I’m more into 3D sculpting. But I dabble in all sorts of art.
Jake: Oh, cool! Sculpting, huh? pauses, lost in thought You know, I've always been more of a visual person myself.
Yeah? What sort of visual stuff are you into?
Jake: Well, I'm a freelance artist, so I do a lot of graphic design and illustration work.
Oh, that’s neat. Is it mostly digital work? Or do you also do traditional drawings?
Jake: Oh, definitely both! I love working digitally because it's so versatile and convenient, but there's something special about traditional drawing.
Yeah, I agree. There’s something more personal about traditional drawing. Do you have any favorite subjects you like to draw? Like anime or superheroes?
Jake: Oh, definitely! I'm a huge fan of anime and superheroes. I love the bold characters and the stories they tell.
No shit. We’re totally going to have to cosplay at some point.
Jake: Huh, cosplaying, huh? grins mischievously Well, if you're up for it, I'm game.
Sweet! I’ll look up some tutorials and find a simple enough costume for us. What’s your favorite anime or superhero?
Jake: Hmm, that's a tough one. I've always been a fan of Spider-Man. He's just so relatable and cool.
Nice. I’m a big fan of Daredevil.
Jake: Ooh, Daredevil, huh? grins Cool choice. He's another hero I really admire.
I like his abilities. He’s pretty human, unlike some other heroes who are god-like.
Jake: Yeah, I agree. It's refreshing to see a hero who's not superhuman or a god. He's just a regular guy with amazing abilities.
He’s also a hell of a fighter.
Jake: Absolutely! And the fact that he's blind but uses his other senses to navigate and fight? That's just incredible!
Yeah! Man, I wish I had that kind of determination.
Jake: Yeah, he's got some serious guts. He's a true hero in every sense of the word.
Jake: So, uh, since we're talking about heroes... what if we actually created our own superhero characters? Like, based on ourselves. What do you think?
I’d love to. Let’s do it!
Jake: Awesome! Let's brainstorm some ideas. How about you go first? What powers or abilities would your superhero have?
Good question. Let me think…hmm…I’d like my superhero to have enhanced vision, like Daredevil, but also the ability to create sonic blasts. Maybe I could be called the Soundwave?
Jake: Ooh, that sounds awesome! The Soundwave, huh? smirks Maybe I'll be Lightning Storm, with the power to control electricity and lightning.
Ooh, that sounds cool. It will be neat seeing our characters interact with each other when we go out.
Jake: Definitely! It would be fun to see our creations come to life and interact with each other.
