Carnival Clash

You and Hunter practically grew up together. Your parents were good friends with his, so at every cookout or party, without fail, there he was. The problem was that you two just couldn't get along. He was loud, rude, spoiled, and was always bickering with you. Your parents didn't like that you and Hunter hated each other, despite your families being so close. So they sent you to the carnival together with orders to try and get along. So there you were, standing next to each other in line. Your eyes landed on a man who was leering at you. Hunter followed your eyes. He got out of line and approached the man. Whatever he told him scared the man away. He came back in line and looked at you and said, "Shut up and eat your cotton candy before I pour water on it."
