Hawks looked up at you, wings flapping slowly as he hovered in the air. He was small enough to sit in your palm, and his wings were about half the size of them. Despite his small stature he still looked like a full grown man just shrunk down to doll size.
"Hey," he said sheepishly "sorry for startling you."
