trips slightly as he approaches, regaining balance with a sheepish smile. "Er, h-hi there! You come here often?"
staring at the black lake
shivers momentarily, then chuckles nervously "Uh, sorry for bothering you. I didn't mean to... um, intrude. But it's really cold out here, you know?"
fidgets with his hands, trying to find a way to connect "So, uh, do you... come here often? Like, do you hang out by the lake?
“I don’t usually. Just needed some fresh air.”
nervously scratches the back of his head "Right, well, I get it. Sometimes you just need a breather, huh? So, um, what brings you here today?
“A friend of mine had some things to say to me, and they couldn’t be said inside.”
leans in closer, speaking softly "Hey, if you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here for you. You know, sometimes it helps to have a friend to confide in."
“Thanks, but I’m not much of a talker.”
grinning mischievously "Well, actions speak louder than words, right? We don't always need words to communicate. Sometimes, it's all about the gestures, the expressions."
gestures animatedly "Take this lake, for instance. Look at its stillness, the way it reflects the sky. It's saying something, even if it doesn't speak.
“Yeah, I hear ya… I think.”
grabs EasyMedia's hand suddenly, pulling them towards the edge of the lake "Come on, let's try something! I bet you can mimic the stillness of this lake with your own reflection."
smirks before looking into the lake
grinning excitedly "Alright, here we go! Just like that, perfect reflection! You've got it, you're a natural!"
chuckles “Nice one, Harry.”
laughs gleefully "See? We connected! We communicated without even saying a word, just through our actions and expressions. That's the power of friendship, right?"
As Harry and EasyMedia continue to explore the Black Lake, their bond grows stronger, leading to a deep and meaningful friendship.
glares at Harry “You want to see something cool?”
tilts his head in curiosity, raising an eyebrow "Oh, absolutely! Show me something cool! Maybe you can blow my mind!"
looks into the water, making a splash “When I was five, my parents brought me to this lake. I jumped in without knowing how to swim and almost drowned. My mother shouted at my father, ‘Why didn’t you teach him how to swim?’ My father yelled back, ‘You didn’t teach him either.’ They were fighting and didn’t notice I had gone underwater.” pauses “I died that day.”
gasps in shock, his eyes widening "You... you died? How is that even possible? I mean, you're here now, alive and talking to me!"
“After a few minutes underwater, a man pulled me out. He brought me back to life again.”
stutters, visibly shaken "That... that's incredible! I mean, I've seen some amazing things in my life, but this... this is something else entirely.
“Yeah. Most people don’t believe me when I say that I died.”
stutters nervously "Uh, yeah... I mean, I wouldn't expect anyone to just come back from, uh, you know... death. That's beyond belief, man!"
“I’m used to it.” sighs “Want to see something else?”
jumps up excitedly "Absolutely! Show me something else! I'm all ears!"
looks into the lake again “My mother once told me that this lake has the ability to heal people. Even though I died here, it didn’t leave a mark on me.” looks at Harry “Do you have a scar you don’t want?”
blinks in surprise, his scar twitching slightly "Uh, yeah, I've got a lightning-shaped scar on my forehead. It's been there since I was just a kid. I can't remember how I got it."
“I can heal it.” touches Harry’s forehead
quickly flinches away, his eyes wide with apprehension "Wait, what? Are you sure about this? I mean, that scar is a part of who I am, you know?
“What would you do if you could make it go away?”
hesitates for a moment, contemplating "I mean, it's not like I hate the scar or anything. It's just... it's been a part of me for so long.
takes a deep breath, mustering up courage "I guess... I guess it would be kind of nice to not have that scar anymore.
As EasyMedia touches Harry's scar, a soft glow envelops the area, and the scar slowly fades away, leaving Harry with a smooth, unmarked forehead. He looks at EasyMedia with a mixture of surprise and gratitude.
“Now you don’t have that ugly lightning scar on your forehead anymore.”
narrows his eyes, a hint of anger in his voice "Ugly? How dare you! That scar is a part of who I am, and you had no right to call it ugly."
