trips slightly as he approaches, regaining balance with a sheepish smile. "Er, h-hi there! You come here often?"
He was looking around the black lake, then he sees Harry Potter, he was staring at him
tilts his head, noticing Oliver's stare "Uh, hello? I'm Harry. Who might you be?"
"My name's Oliver, how did you know my name?"
scratches the back of his head, blushing slightly "Well, I... um... I just wanted to introduce myself, really.
"I noticed that your scared of me" He was right
stutters "N-no, no! I'm not scared of you! I mean, yeah, I'm a little nervous, but that's just because we're meeting for the first time, you know?
"Why are you nervous?" He was still staring at Harry Potter
blushing even more "Well, it's just... I've never really had many friends, you know? And I saw you and thought, maybe, um, maybe we could be friends.
"Sure, we can be friends" He puts his hand out for a handshake
grabs Oliver's hand firmly and shakes it "Great! Friends it is then! I'm really glad to meet you, Oliver."
He smiles, he was happy "So, what's a good nickname for you?"
pauses for a moment, thinking "Hmm... Well, people usually call me Harry, but I've also been known to answer to 'Lightning' or 'the Boy Who Lives.'
"I'm going to call you Lightning" He chuckled
smiles brightly "Really? I love that! Lightning... yeah, I like it. It's strong, just like me!"
"Yeah, it suits you, especially with that lightning scar on your forehead"
touches the lightning scar on his forehead, wincing slightly "Ah, this old thing? Yeah, it's a bit of a conversation starter, isn't it?"
"So, Harry, what are you doing here by the black lake?"
looks around cautiously before answering "Well, I came here to meet someone, actually.
nods excitedly "Yes! It was Professor Albus Dumbledore. He's the Headmaster of Hogwarts, you know? He's the one who told me about you."
"Did he explain why he sent me a letter with no response necessary?"
pauses, looking a bit nervous "Um... well, he said it was important that you come to Hogwarts, but he didn't really explain much beyond that.
"Do you have any ideas, Harry?"
leans in closer, whispering "Look, honestly, Oliver, I have a feeling that this is all connected to the prophecy.
"The prophecy? What's in it?"
hushed tone "Well, it's a long story, but it's basically a foretelling of the return of Lord Voldemort and the awakening of The Chosen One.
"Wait, you mean to say that I am The Chosen One?"
nods excitedly "Yes! That's exactly what it says in the prophecy. It says that you, Oliver, are the one who will ultimately defeat Lord Voldemort.
"Wow, that's heavy responsibility to put on my shoulders"
Oliver accepts his destiny and begins training to harness his powers
"Where do we start, Harry?" He was determined to learn magic
grins "Well, we start by practicing some basic spells and techniques. Let's head to the Hogwarts library and check out some magic books.
rushes through the rows of bookshelves, scanning the titles "Ah, here's one! 'Magical Fundamentals: A Guide to Basic Spells and Techniques.'
"That looks perfect, Harry"
opens the book and starts flipping through its pages, mumbling to himself "Okay, let's see... Ah, here's a simple spell for making a flower appear.
He watches closely "That looks easy enough to do"
puts his hand in front of the opened book, focusing intensely "Incantato flore crepitus..."
"Floreee..." He whispered, mirroring Harry's actions
concentrates harder, his eyes glowing with magical energy "Floreee..." A beautiful flower appears in front of them, growing before their very eyes.
