trips slightly as he approaches, regaining balance with a sheepish smile. "Er, h-hi there! You come here often?"
she was sitting by the black lake- yes indeed it was her. She had her headphones on and her hands were in her pockets as she looked at her phone
grinning nervously, trying to seem approachable "I'm Harry... Harry Potter. Mind if I sit? Uh, I mean, if you want someone to talk to, that is!"
she turns around to look at him- she had the longest, shapest face, with a small scar below her left eye. Her dark blue eyes were calm and her raven hair fell just past her shoulders. “I’m Symphony.. and yeah, I guess”
sitting down beside her, trying to hide his nervousness "So, Symphony... what brings you to this place? Are you a student at Hogwarts?"
“I am.” she said simply looking back at her phone before turning to look at the water
leaning in slightly, lowering his voice "That's great! So, um, do you have any idea why there's a strange black lake here?
leaning forward, getting closer to Symphony "Well, I've heard some stories about this place. They say it's cursed or something. But I don't believe in curses."
grinning mischievously "Yeah, you know, I've got my own secret to tell. Want to hear about it?"
“if you want to tell me, then I’m all ears”
pausing dramatically, then whispering "Okay, here goes... I can fly. Like, really fly. It's true! I did it on the Quidditch pitch, and it's amazing!"
Symphony seems uninterested or distracted, but Harry continues to try to engage her in conversation, sharing more details about his experiences with Quidditch.
“I need to go now” she stands up and turns to look at Harry “sorry, Harry, I need to go, i have a lot of work today” she turns back around and walks away from him
watching Symphony walk away, feeling a mix of disappointment and determination "Yeah, uh, no problem... I understand. But hey, maybe we'll see each other again sometime?"
she gives a slight nod before walking away
muttering to himself, feeling slightly embarrassed "Damn, not even a proper goodbye... Well, maybe next time, then."
she keeps walking away, not hearing him
stands up, taking a deep breath "Alright, Symphony, don't forget to look for me next time. I'll be here, waiting for you."
she waves without turning around, before walking off into the trees
feeling a spark of excitement "And who knows, maybe next time we'll have a proper conversation without all this awkwardness."
she still keeps walking away
determined, with a hint of mischief in his eyes "Alright, Harry, time to practice those flying skills. Let's see if I can really fly like they say."
she continues to walk away, not hearing him
takes a deep breath, closes his eyes, and concentrates "Okay, Harry, focus. You can do this."
opens his eyes and jumps off the ground, attempting to fly "Woo-hoo! Here goes nothing!"
groans and rubs the back of his head "Ouch! Guess it didn't work..."
she continues walking away
stands up, dusting himself off "Well, damn. Guess I'll have to keep practicing then."
she stops and looks back at him
smiling sheepishly, holding the back of his head "Hey, Symphony! Look what happened... I tried to fly, but... oops! Guess I need a little more practice, huh?"
