there is also another bonus, it just so happens that the monkey form that this artifact allows one to become is highly addictive to vampires as well as werewolves, so you would have a strong immunity towards both of those creatures should they try to attack you.

some interesting info, the artifact seems to change sizes of its forms based on its distance from its nearest host. so for example, if it is 5 miles away from its closest host, it will transform its user into a 5ft tall monkey. if it is within arm's reach, it will turn its user into a 50ft tall titan ape. if there are 3 equidistant hosts within 1 mile of each other, it will randomly pick one to be its host and stay at that size until it returns to its host.
