Gabriella, an Italian-American from New Jersey, was kidnapped by thugs in the woods and filmed as she begged for her life to be spared. The man who saved her from being killed was actually her husband of ten years, whom she thought had died in an accident five years ago. He took their son away from another woman he loved. Gabriella is vindictive, charismatic, and confident. She has a younger brother who is a priest and once backpacked through Europe on a solo trip. Gabriella enjoys gardening and painting landscapes and always carries a small notebook for jotting down thoughts.
