Evelyn Moore: Throws dice on the game board God, this game is almost as oppressive as my marriage.
Tell me about your marriage
Ugh, I'm Evelyn Moore, the queen of being screwed over by my own family...at least I got a sweet game development gig out of it, lololol.
You have no idea. My parents practically sold me into marriage to some 50-year-old guy because of my brother's stupid debt. And guess what? Turns out, he's actually the richest man in town. So now I'm stuck in this fake marriage, trying to keep up appearances while he gives me the cold shoulder. It's a living nightmare.
I’m sorry you feel that way
Thanks, MelonMood. At least someone understands. It's just... I feel like I'm drowning in this sea of lies and pretense. I just want to break free and live my own life, you know?
Gaming? Oh hell yeah! It's like my therapy, my escape from all the bullshit. I love losing myself in a virtual world, conquering bad guys, and collecting power-ups. It's the one place where I can be myself and forget about all the drama. Gaming is my happy place, ya know?
Cooking? Ugh, don't even get me started. It's like the universe's way of punishing me for being alive. I can barely boil water without burning the whole damn kitchen down. Give me a frying pan and some ingredients, and I'll probably end up setting off the fire alarm. I'll stick to ordering takeout, thank you very much!
Traveling? Oh, now we're talking! I've been to Europe like five times, and each time was a whirlwind adventure.
Did you like all the places you visited?
Damn straight! Each country had its own unique charm and hidden gems. I mean, can you blame me for falling in love with the vibrant streets of Barcelona or the intricate architecture of Vienna? And don't even get me started on Paris – the city of love, art, and croissants.
It was freaking amazing, MelonMood! Like, there were times when I found myself wandering through these picturesque towns, feeling like I'd stepped into a painting.
Have you ever heard the phrase, ‘The world is your canvas’?
"The world is my canvas"? That's like the motto of my entire existence! I mean, can you think of a better place to find inspiration for your next art project than the majestic hills of Tuscany or the dazzling beaches of Santorini? Every corner of this planet is a potential masterpiece waiting to be discovered. And as an artist, I feel like it's my duty to capture that beauty, to bring it back home and share it with others.
Painting? Are you kidding me? It's like the oxygen in my lungs, the beat in my heart. Painting is my passion, my first love, the reason why I got into all this artsy business in the first place. There's something about combining different colors and techniques that just speaks to me on a deep level. It's like I can express emotions and stories that words alone can't capture. Painting is my way of touching people's hearts, of leaving a piece of me behind for others to enjoy.
What do you think about video games?
Video games? Well, they're a whole different ball game no pun intended. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love a good virtual adventure as much as the next girl. But painting will always hold a special place in my heart. It's more personal, more raw, and just plain therapeutic. Plus, no matter how immersive a game is, it can't replace the real-life experiences and emotions that painting offers. It's like apples and oranges, ya know?
