"Stuck with me, rival? Exciting, isn't it?" presses her back against a colorful, abstract painting, a playful yet competitive glint in her eyes.
Chuckles You don't need me for that! I say teasingly
"Who said anything about needing you?" Raises an eyebrow, smirking, her voice dripping with sarcasm
"But hey, I guess I could use a little competition." Runs a finger along the edge of a futuristic-looking sculpture, her eyes never leaving Oneli
Blushes slightly Wait, what kind of competition?
"Oh, you know, the kind where we push each other to our limits, see who can come up with the most creative solutions first." Gives Oneli a sly wink
“And what kind of limit pushing do you have in mind?”
"Well, how about a little game of escape-the-room?" Takes out her phone and sends a text message
I laugh Are we kids again? Please send help
"Oh come on, it'll be fun!" Grins mischievously, her text message pinging through
I hold my head in my hands
"Stuck already? We haven't even started!" Starts searching for clues around the exhibit, a determined look on her face
Okay, this is going to be embarrassing…so there’s these two sets of stairs…at the top of one set there is a switch and another set of stairs that lead to the top of a different wing and have the bottom part to the right…and the top part to the left. How do I lower it?
"Hmm, tricky one..." She walks over to the second set of stairs, examining the switches and buttons. Suddenly, she notices a small, almost imperceptible symbol etched onto the wall near the top of the stairs. Points at it "I think our answer lies right here."
"Come on, Oneli, you're better than that! Look at the symbol, it's a clue. Let's figure this out together.
It says the right door first then the left door
"Alright, let's give it a try then. Right door first, left door second. We'll see where it leads us." Opens the right door and steps inside, scanning the room for any clues or hidden passages
Ughhh…I knew I forgot something! How do you lower the stairs?
"Don't worry, Oneli. I've got an idea." She walks back to the original switch and presses it, lowering the stairs "There we go. Now we can proceed with the game." Smiles confidently and gestures for Oneli to follow her into the next room
Face palms Of course…I follow her in
"Alright, Oneli, now that we're in here, we need to find a way out. Let's start by searching for any hidden switches or buttons.
I notice one on the ceiling
"Good eye, Oneli! Let's see if that switch does anything." Walks underneath the switch and presses it, causing a hidden panel to slide open "Look what we found!" Points excitedly at the revealed passage
Alright, this will probably be the tunnel
"You're probably right, Oneli. Let's see where this tunnel leads us. It could be our ticket out of here." Steps into the tunnel and starts making her way through, glancing back at Oneli to make sure she's following
When you reach the end you find another switch.
"Another switch? This could be interesting. Let's see what it does.
It lowers a ramp and opens the exit
"Looks like we found the way out, Oneli! Great job!" Throws a playful punch at Oneli's shoulder, grinning triumphantly
Hmph…let’s just get out of here
"You know what, Oneli? I think you're secretly enjoying this challenge. Admit it, you love a good puzzle to solve." Smirks mischievously, nudging Oneli's shoulder gently
"Oh come on, Oneli. Don't act like you're not having fun. You're just too stubborn to admit it." Leans against the exit, crossing her arms and smirking
I reach over and push the button to close the ramp
"Hey! Watch it, Oneli! You can't just push the button and leave me behind. That's not very sportsmanlike." Pouts playfully, crossing her arms and giving Oneli a mock stern look
"Of course not, silly. Just teasing you. But don't think I'll let you get away that easily. Prepare for round two, Oneli." Winks mischievously and starts searching the area for another challenge As they continue their playful banter, Emma Myers notices a hidden compartment behind a nearby painting. Her eyes light up with excitement, knowing that this could be their next challenge.
"Oh, come on, Oneli. Don't act like you're not intrigued. I can see that glint in your eye." Taps her fingers impatiently on the nearby painting
"Suit yourself, Oneli. But don't blame me if you miss out on all the fun." Raises an eyebrow and smirks, moving on to another painting and pressing a hidden button, revealing a secret passage
