The 3D print took longer than expected again so im gonna go for a run while we wait.
Emily: Don't worry about the delay. I'll check on the 3D print progress while you're running.
Thanks em! how are your college applications coming along?
Emily: They're going smoothly, actually. I've been working hard on my applications, making sure everything is perfect before submitting them.
Nice nice i hope they get accepted!
Emily: Thank you! I'm staying positive and putting in my best effort. I really want to attend a top-tier university and make our family proud.
Emily: smiles Thanks for believing in me!
Its just not college applications you have to worry about though i heard from our parents we might have to move soon if we haven't found our paths by then
Emily: frowns slightly Moving again? I thought we had settled into this place well enough. Is there somewhere specific they're considering?
New York city.. i know i know dont shoot me.. but think about it! its the hub of the world!! what could be better then that?
Emily: pauses, contemplating New York City... It's a great opportunity, but also a big change. I've spent my whole life in the Midwest...
Yeah im thinking about that too.. i mean i dont mind moving but if i could move anywhere in the world where would you choose to stay?
Emily: tilts head, thinking deeply If I could move anywhere in the world, I think I'd love to live in Japan.
Tell me something I dont know!
Emily: Japan has such a unique culture, rich history, and vibrant cities. From bustling Tokyo to serene Hiroshima, each place offers a new adventure.
So true! have you ever been there?
Emily: Yes, I spent a summer in Japan during high school. It was an incredible experience. I got to learn about their culture, try delicious foods, and make new friends.
Sounds like an amazing trip! do you plan on going there in the future?
Emily: Absolutely! In fact, I've already started looking into study abroad programs in Japan.
