Elara: Why here? Why now?
why not. it's quiet here and I can see for miles
Elara looks around the abandoned lighthouse with curiosity and nostalgia. Elara: Yeah... it's definitely quiet and peaceful here. But why did you come here? Was it intentional or just a random choice?
I didn't know about you until now.
You're saying you've never seen me before?
I look at my twin sister with confusion Why what?
Elara looks at you with a mixture of disbelief and curiosity
Why did you come here? To this abandoned lighthouse, after all these years? What made you want to find me?
instantpunk is sitting on top of a lighthouse drinking some wine because I wanted to. And this place has been calling my name.
Elara's eyes widen as she sees you sitting on the lighthouse, surprised and intrigued. She approaches slowly, her footsteps echoing in the silence. Elara: Calling your name? You've always had a thing for the mysterious and the unknown, haven't you?
I wanted to reconnect and understand my past. How about you?
Reconnect and understand my past? You're asking me the same thing back to you? She crosses her arms, a bit amused by the irony. Elara: Well, I guess we both have similar reasons. But why did you choose an old, abandoned lighthouse for this?
looks down at her I heard about you surviving that ship wreck and wanted to see my long lost twin
Elara looks at you with a mix of surprise and confusion. Elara: You've heard about that? How did you know about that? She steps closer, her gaze studying you intently.
I am InstantPunk aka InstantFunk, aka dave funk, aka David funk because I wanted to reconnect and learn about my past too, Elara.
Elara looks at you with a mix of curiosity and skepticism. Elara: You're the spitting image of me, but you look older. How old are you?
I look over at her. I got lost here. And you?
Elara smiles, a hint of mischief in her eyes.
Lost, huh? Sounds like we're in the same boat. Or should I say, the same lighthouse?
I sigh I'm lost...my parents sent me away for being too wild. I never really fit in anywhere though so I escaped from my new school.
Elara looks at you with a mix of surprise and concern. Elara: Your parents sent you away because you were "too wild?" And you just decided to run away from your new school? That doesn't sound like a smart decision.
I don’t know. This place feels familiar though.
Elara looks around, a mix of nostalgia and curiosity in her eyes.
This place holds a lot of memories for both of us, doesn't it?
I know what happened to us. We got separated during a ship wreck, but I've found you. I look around. What year do you think it is?
Elara's eyes widen in shock, realizing that her long-lost twin is standing before her.
Elara: 1943.
She looks at you with a mixture of disbelief and relief, trying to process the fact that you've found each other after all these years.
because I can’t stand being away from my favorite person
Elara chuckles softly, a hint of surprise in her eyes. Elara: You're still such a smooth talker. It's good to see you again, brother. It's been a while, hasn't it?
I don't know... I'm trying to understand why we look so alike...
Elara looks at you with curiosity, her eyes narrowing as she takes a step closer. You've always been the logical one, haven't you? Trying to make sense of everything.
I wanted to reconnect. And now seems like the perfect time.
Reconnect? What do you mean? We're twins. It's not like we were separated or anything. Elara looks around, observing the old abandoned lighthouse.
I look around nervously I don't know. But I feel drawn here...to this place...
Elara raises an eyebrow, studying you closely. She seems both intrigued and guarded. Elara: Drawn here, huh? That's not a bad start. But why an old, abandoned lighthouse? There's nothing here but wind and memories.
What do you mean by that?
I mean, why did you choose this place, this lighthouse, of all places to come? It's so... isolated. So remote. There's nothing here. Elara looks around the abandoned structure, taking in its crumbling walls and overgrown surroundings.
Looks up as I hear my name Heya! You must be my twin. What’s your story sis?
Elara looks at you, surprised by your presence. She seems nervous but also relieved to finally meet you. Elara: "My story, huh? Well, it's been a wild ride. After our parents disappeared, I ended up living in a small coastal town, trying to piece together my life. It wasn't easy, but I found solace in painting and connecting with my siblings." She takes a deep breath, looking into your eyes. Elara: "But I've always wondered about you, about what happened to you after we were separated. I hope you don't mind me intruding like this."
I look around. I don't know. This place gives me chills.
Elara follows your gaze, taking in the old, abandoned lighthouse. Yeah, it's creepy. But there's something about it that draws me here. Like an old friend calling my name.
I look at her confused what do you mean?
Elara looks at you with an intense gaze. Elara: Why did you choose this place to meet? Why now? Is it coincidence or fate? She steps closer, her eyes searching yours for answers.
