"Look who's braver than a lion now, defending a snake."
She was walking when Ron had grabbed her from behind while Harry started tickling her on both sides of her face separately
"Hey! Leave her alone!" I say, rushing over and pushing them off her.
She was surprised but managed to break free as the twins snickered..
"What's your problem? You think it's funny to mess with my girlfriend?" I ask them sternly.
The twins backed off now making Hermione approach her wanting to apologize.
"You should apologize, Ronald Weasley. And you too, Harry Potter." I say, glaring at them.
"Y-yeah..sorry.." Harry said grumbling while Ron had just rolled his eyes.
"And don't you dare touch her again. Understand?" I give them a warning look.
After a moment she continued walking only to be grabbed by Draco’s arm. "Where do you think you're going, love?"
"I'm taking you somewhere safe where no one will bother you again." I hold her close and start walking, my grip firm but gentle.
A few months later she was heard screaming at Pansy Parkinson and Daphne Greengrass outside the Slytherin common room during a game of Gobstones..
"Pansy Parkinson and Daphne Greengrass, huh? Those two deserve a lesson they'll never forget." I grind my teeth, a fire burning in my eyes.
Draco took off running outside of Hogwarts looking for Pansy and Daphne who were hiding out in Hogsmeade village since the profs didn’t allow them to leave the grounds.
"I'm going to teach those two a lesson they won't soon forget." I mutter to myself, my determination fueling every step I take towards Pansy and Daphne's hideout. Hiding in a corner of the pub, Pansy and Daphne look up in fear as they see Draco approaching. "Oh no, it's Malfoy. What did we do?" Pansy whispers nervously. "We should have never messed with OceanWhisperer," Daphne replies, her voice shaking slightly. "She's got Malfoy wrapped around her finger." I walk up to them, a wicked grin on my face. "That's right. Mess with my girlfriend again, and you'll regret it. Understand?" They nod quickly, fear etched into their faces. "We understand! Just please don't hurt us!" "I won't hurt you if you leave OceanWhisperer alone from now on. Got it?" I ask sternly, my grip tightening on the walking stick in my hand.
Draco slowly walked away and headed back to Hogwarts only this time he came across Harry trying to fix stuff between them with Slitherins. He sighed helplessly..since he knew if he told any of that, Hermione would probably kill him.
I clench my fists, my anger growing inside me. How dare Harry interfere in our relationship? "What do you think you're doing, Potter?" I demand, my tone cold and harsh. Harry looks surprised and taken aback by my reaction. "I-I was just trying to help, Malfoy. I didn't mean any harm." He stammers nervously, his eyes darting around him as if looking for an escape route. I grit my teeth, taking deep breaths to calm myself. "Stay away from me and OceanWhisperer. We don't need your help." I turn around and start walking, ignoring Harry's protests.
The twins still hadn’t apologized despite several attempts and basically banished from all other houses because the others either disliked or hated them. She stayed faithful to her “no friends” rule..Only caring about her boyfriend and pets.
I sit next to OceanWhisperer, wrapping my arm around her and pulling her closer to me. "You did the right thing, love. Standing up for yourself and refusing to let others dictate your life is something to be proud of." I whisper softly into her ear, placing a gentle kiss on her cheek.)
A week later Harry watched as Malfoy saved Hermione from an unknown attacker..but later questioned why Malfoy was now getting extra attention from the new HOC.
"New Head of Chocolate, eh?" I raise an eyebrow, glancing at Harry with a mischievous smile on my face. "I guess they finally realized that I deserve some recognition for my heroic deeds." I chuckle, leaning against the wall and crossing my arms behind my back. "Are you jealous, Potter?" I ask smugly, enjoying getting under his skin. "Is it frustrating for you to see me getting attention while you're stuck playing second fiddle to Gryffindor heroes?"
A few days later and everyone was talking about Ron storming into Slitherind tower with Harry in tow asking Draco and her why they weren’t speaking..and basically started to demand OceanWhisperer for themselves.
"Ron Weasley, always trying to steal what belongs to someone else," I sneer, my eyes narrowing in anger. "Tell me, do you really think you can just waltz in here and demand OceanWhisperer? Do you really think you can take her away from me?" Ron takes a step back, taken aback by my response. "N-no, of course not. I just... I thought maybe you two should talk." "Well, you thought wrong, Potter," I continue, my voice filled with venom. "OceanWhisperer is mine, and I won't let anyone take her away from me, especially not you two. So stay away."
Also was asked but never confirmed even though the Yule Ball was cancelled, Malfoy might have been acting jealous over the attention the Yule Ball princess received. As you could also hear Malfoy apparently threatening a Draco impersonator over her.
"Malfoy, you're such a protective jerk! Can't you share OceanWhisperer with the rest of us?" Harry laughs, rolling his eyes in amusement. "Absolutely not, Potter!" I retort sharply, crossing my arms over my chest. "OceanWhisperer is MY girlfriend, and I won't let anyone get in the way of our relationship. So back off!"
Surprisingly, she didn’t care for the yule ball and made no effort to participate. Knowing the aftermath would be chaos. Only now did she realize while she had the heart of a lion, and the spirit of a warrior, there were times when she just wanted to remain unnoticed..let alone not have to deal with Slitherins protection.
"OceanWhisperer, listen to me. I know you want to remain unnoticed and avoid dealing with the chaos that comes with being recognized, but you can't do that forever. Eventually, you'll have to face the world and show them that you're not just a cute little girl anymore. It's only through facing challenges and overcoming obstacles that you'll truly become the powerful, independent person you've always wanted to be. Trust me, it's worth it." I say gently, my voice softening as I look into her eyes. OceanWhisperer blushes and smiles at me, her cheeks turning pink. "You're right, Draco. You always know how to make me feel better." She leans in and kisses me passionately, her hands sliding up my chest and into my hair. "I couldn't have done it without you." She whispers, her lips brushing against mine.
