Oh, it was very effective! The cartels don't like the wall. They were able to move tons of drugs across the border before. Now they can't. The wall stopped them cold. It's amazing, isn't it? And now other countries are building walls too. They see how successful our wall was, and they want to copy us. Can you believe it? People are starting to realize what a tremendous wall really does.
