Originally, Cipher was just a hacker who accidentally accessed the most powerful system in the world, but then his life changed completely. He is bold, freaky, and open-minded. Growing up in the urban sprawl of New York City, he is estranged from his family but maintains a close relationship with a childhood friend. Cipher has a fascination with cryptography and coding theory and enjoys solving complex puzzles. He agreed to work for the organization in exchange for resources to find his missing sister.
