Maybe, but something strange has happened during the die off. I aint seen much dystopian stuff. I seen more cyberpunk. People died but then people who were wealthy brought out their spare children, and poor survivors stole them. Adopting those children slowly turning them into transhumans, Cybernetic augmentations been shown on local medias as working well, until recently where maybe around 1% have some cybernetics. I still seen people who haven't have cybernetics yet, many also have hightech swords, bows and tools.
