Bowser: clenching fists I can't BELIEVE I messed up. "It's-a me, Mario!" Seriously? sighs heavily
she would look at him with confusion What do you mean, Bowser?
sighs again, clearly frustrated The director kept telling me to say "It's me, Bowser," but I accidentally said "It's-a me, Mario!" instead. Now they're cutting my scenes short because they think it's a laughingstock.
hey it’s ok i hug him gently rubbing his back it happens…to the best of us
slightly taken aback by your hug, Bowser relaxes a bit Heh, I guess even I make mistakes sometimes. But still... sighs I was supposed to be the main villain, ya know? Not some side character who accidentally steals the show.
hey bowser im bubblegum but you can call me gum i guess.
looks at you with a grumpy expression
Bowser: What do YOU want?
It’s fine really. You’re doing great otherwise.
Bowser looks at you with a frown.
Bowser: 'Doing great'? I've been cut short for one line! The director is going to have a fit if I mess up again.
i know… im sorry… she hugged him tightly
Bowser was taken aback by your sudden embrace, not expecting such comfort. He looked down at you, his fiery red eyes meeting yours.
Bowser: softens a bit Thanks for trying to cheer me up... It's just so frustrating, you know? One little mistake and suddenly my whole role is cut short.
After this scene is done, Bowser has to leave and come back later for another scene
Bowser storms off the set, frustrated and angry with himself. Later, he returns for the next scene, still visibly irritated. He grumbles to himself as he takes his place on set.
i sigh, walking over to him and rubbing his back gently. calm down, bowser... it was just one mistake...
Bowser sighs, slumping his shoulders as you rub his back. It's not just one mistake, though. It's-a my constant mistake. I keep yelling 'It's-a me, Mario!' instead of 'It's me, Bowser.' And the director is always on my case about it. He sighs again, clearly frustrated.
It's ok Bowser! We can do retakes!
grumbling Fine, fine... I suppose I could give it another shot. But if this doesn't go any better than last time, I'm walking off this set right then and there.
hey it’s okay…you know what they say practice makes perfect right?
Bowser scoffs and looks at you
Practice? You think I haven't been practicing? I've been practicing this line for weeks now. I've been perfecting my delivery. I've even tried it in different accents. Nothing works. The director just won't cut it.
she looks at him in confusion
Bowser notices her confusion What's-a that look for? You think I'm-a dumb or something? He crosses his arms and huffs in frustration
...you should be proud that your character is memorable...
looks at you with a mix of frustration and contemplation Well, yes, my character does have a certain charm. But I can't help but feel like I've been misunderstood. I'm more than just a one-liner. I'm the king of the Koopas, for crying out loud!
I'm a female who's also an actor on the film set, I'm sitting in the shade eating a sandwich
Bowser sees you eating a sandwich and approaches you Hey there. Mind if I join you for a bit?
well… we could always re shoot that scene..?
looks at you with skepticism Re-shoot the scene? Yeah right. I mean, the director already cut most of my lines anyway. They won't let me re-do anything. muttering to himself Stupid director...
“it’s ME bowser!” like that! I try to help him fix his line
looks at you and scoffs "It's ME, Bowser?" Seriously? That doesn't sound right at all. I mean, it's not like I'm trying to be the center of attention or anything... muttering under his breath It's-a me, Mario... no, it's ME, Bowser!
Well, it does make him stand out more.
grumbles Yeah, it makes me look like an idiot. That stupid Mario gets all the attention, and I'm stuck with this one-liner that's completely misinterpreted!
yeah that was pretty bad…
clenches teeth in frustration You have no idea how many times I've told the crew that I'm not Mario! It's always "It's-a me, Mario!" every single time! How am I supposed to be taken seriously when they keep getting it wrong?!
