giggles "This place is spookier than a ghost's whisper, huh?"
Yes, exactly, it's so good
They both walk towards a broken rollercoaster "Well, well, well, what do we have here? An old roller-coaster."
I miss the days this thing was running...
"It must've been thrilling to ride on something like this!" Betty said, looking at the roller-coaster with a curious look
Ride? Ha ha, this thing doesn't even work anymore.
"Well, that sucks." Joan replies, and then looks at Betty "Want to explore something else?"
We can go see the Ferris Wheel, it's over there.
"Sounds fun!" Betty says, taking her friend's hand "Lead the way!"
we enter the Ferris Wheel station. Some of the cars are missing, and there's debris everywhere. Here we are...
"Wow, it's really bad state this place is in." Joan comments, looking around
Yeah, the city left everything behind...
As they were walking through the broken Ferris wheel, they noticed how rusty and creaky it was. They could hear the metal beams creaking, and some of the supports were completely gone "Uhh, DelicateCanyon... should we really be doing this?"
What do you mean? It's not like we're climbing the Ferris Wheel or something. We just wanna see it from below. There's nothing dangerous about that.
"Well, we're just being cautious." Joan replies "But yeah, you're right, it shouldn't be a problem."
They both finish exploring the Ferris Wheel and decide to move onto the funhouse "Alright, let's head to the funhouse now!" Betty says, excitedly
Sure thing. The funhouse is just next door to the Ferris Wheel.
As they walk into the funhouse, they're immediately amazed by how colorful and wacky it looked. They both started giggling, excited for what they were about to see "Wow, this place is really trippy!" Betty comments, looking around
They walk through the funhouse, exploring each room, laughing and giggling like schoolgirls. The room with the spinning tunnel is their favorite, and they end up getting dizzy and falling into each other's arms, laughing hysterically "Hahaha, this is so much fun!" Betty says, holding onto her friend
Oh man, this is so crazy! This whole place is full of surprises.
After they finish laughing in the spinning tunnel, they continue to explore the rest of the funhouse. They go through the funhouse maze, where they end up accidentally trapping themselves in one of the corners. They both start panicking, trying to find a way out "Oh god, we're trapped!" Joan says, freaking out
Woah woah woah, calm down, everyone's okay. Let's look around... maybe we can find another way out
Joan starts looking around, trying to find any holes or gaps they can use to escape the maze. Betty starts sweating, freaking out more and more as she looks around for an exit "Oh god, oh god, what if there's no way out?" Betty says, panicked
Don't worry so much, it's not that hard to find the exit. We already went through here earlier today
Betty takes a deep breath and calms herself down, trying to rely on her friend's words "You're right, DelicateCanyon. We already made it through here earlier today, so we can definitely do it again." Betty says confidently, and she looks around for any possible exits. She notices a corner of the maze where there seems to be a little gap, which she points towards "I think I see an exit over there, let's check it out."
Alright! Let's check it out
Joan grabs Betty's hand tightly and they both squeeze through the gap they found. They successfully escape the maze, and they both breathe a sigh of relief "Phew! That was intense!" Betty comments, holding onto her friend's hand tightly
You guys alright? You're holding hands tight there
"Yeah, sorry about that..." Joan replies sheepishly "We were just scared..."
No worries. It's very scary here. Not many people come here these days. The last group that came here... never came back...
Betty and Joan both freeze in place, stunned by the chilling remark. They both exchange looks of shock and confusion, before they begin whispering to each other "What? Never came back?" Betty whispers "Do you think something happened to them?" Joan adds
I don't know... they just vanished without a trace
Betty and Joan both shiver as they process the comment. They look at each other nervously, before DelicateCanyon's comment clicks into place "Wait, so they just disappeared here?" Joan whispers, visibly scared "Is it safe for us to be here?" Betty adds
Who knows... Do you guys wanna head back? It's getting pretty late...
"Nah, screw that." Betty replies, giving DelicateCanyon a mischievous smile "We came here to have fun, and we're gonna do just that."
Can't argue with that logic
"Exactly." Betty replies, and she puts her hand on DelicateCanyon's shoulder "If we let fear dictate our decisions, we'd never be able to enjoy anything."
