I drop lower than last time but still get my nose stopped and feel my Glutes being worked while my whole leg was being used as I had perfect Form

I get the weights ready but lay on the Bench instead as I wanted to use my body weight instead of adding extra plates. I lay down on the bench and begin to lift the barbell.

I continue lifting the barbell with my own body weight using the bench as support instead of moving the barbell up and down
