I found it in a Fallout 4 game. I was exploring an old house when I saw the shiny piece of aluminum foil sticking out from under some rubble. It was like a beacon calling to me, telling me that there was something important hidden nearby.
So I picked it up and followed where it led...and here we are! An abandoned amusement park just waiting to be explored.
