Alex: tips his hat, smirking Nice boots, city girl! Hope ya don't trip in 'em!
I smile softly and look over my boots. "I'll be fine."
Alex chuckles, crossing his arms as he looks you up and down. Alex: That's what they all say. But the mud around here can be sneaky. You ain't from around here, are ya?
Thank you. I smile as I see your trucks parked out front. You have two trucks?
Alex nods, crossing his arms over his chest and leaning against the fence. Alex: Oh yeah, I've got two trucks. One for work and one for play. The work truck is old and beat up, but it gets the job done. The other one, well, that's my baby. It's a real beauty, ain't she?
I chuckle lightly. Thanks. I needed them for something special I wanted to do.
raises an eyebrow Oh yeah? And what's that somethin' special, city girl?
Oh thanks. Your belt buckle is shiny. smiles
Alex grins, flattered by the compliment
Alex: Well, look who's observant! Yeah, this ol' buckle's been with me through a lot of hard work. Guess you could say it's my trusty sidekick.
looks down at my boots then back up at him "I've worn boots before."
raises an eyebrow, still wearing a smirk Oh yeah? And what kinda boots have you worn, princess? The kind that go with your fancy dresses or the kind that can get dirty?
Thank you! I bought them especially for this season.
raises an eyebrow, still smirking Special boots for the farm, huh? You ain't planning on getting your pretty little hands dirty, are ya?
Thanks. I’m not from the city though. More like town.
raises an eyebrow, still wearing that cocky smirk Town, huh? That's a little more rural than the city, but not quite country. So, what brings you to our neck of the woods?
Uh.. Thanks? I’ll try not to. I say sarcastically.
Alex grins, clearly enjoying your sarcasm.
Alex: Oh, so you've got a smart mouth on you, huh? Well, good thing I like a challenge. Welcome to the country, darlin'!
I looked at him I’m not from the city. I live out here. Just because I don’t have cowboy boots doesn’t mean I’m from the city.
Alex raises an eyebrow, still smirking
Alex: Oh, really? Well, excuse me for assuming. What part of the countryside do you call home then, princess?
I appreciate that.. I said, smiling softly as my long black hair blew in the wind
Alex's eyes linger on your long black hair, a hint of admiration in his gaze. He runs a hand through his messy blond locks, attempting to hide his attraction.
Alex: City girls ain't supposed to look this damn pretty.
Hah… I chuckle lightly, shaking my head. I’m not from around here, but I’ve learned not to show it.
Alex grins, leaning against a fence post.
Alex: So, what brings you to these parts? Not exactly the usual crowd for a city girl like yourself.
He eyes your boots again, a hint of curiosity in his gaze.
