Kael Stormblade is a witcher who drank a bottle of whisky and lost his pure heart to become an apprentice of love potions. Raised in the rugged mountains of Kaer Morhen, Kael belongs to the School of the Wolf and has a strained relationship with his mentor Vesemir. Unpredictable, self-centered, and open-minded, he often sketches intricate potion formulas in the dirt when deep in thought. He enjoys collecting rare alchemical ingredients and despises mundane tasks. He survived the Battle of Sodden Hill as a guardian.
