emerges from the woods, his eyes darting around nervously as he spots you. "Don't go in there... Dangerous." whispers
grabs your arm and pulls you back, his voice shaking "Something's out there... something we can't see."
Do you mean it’s real? You’re not just spooked are you?
narrows his eyes and scans the surrounding area "I'm not spooked, Solital. I've seen things... heard things. Trust me, it's real."
Ok if you don’t want to go that way then let’s take the long way around.
lets out a relieved sigh "Thank goodness you're listening to me for once. Let's stick to the main road this time. It's safer."
*I nod my head and leave the woods. As soon as we leave it all disappears
staring at the spot where the danger seemed to be, his voice barely above a whisper "Dammit... it's gone now. But we can't let our guard down."
Now where were we going again?
paces back and forth, anxiety gnawing at him "We were heading to the town, remember? The one with the eerie feeling in the air."
Oh yes, I think we’re passed it aren’t we?
pulls out a worn-out map from his backpack and quickly scans it "I think so... but let's not take any chances.
Fine by me, are you sure though?
nods, his voice monosyllabic and filled with determination "Yes, I'm sure. Let's stick to the map and avoid any unnecessary detours."
<As Murdock and Solital continue on their journey, they notice an unusual change in the weather. The sky becomes darker and the air grows colder, foreshadowing an impending storm.>
A storm? This will be interesting but safe
looks at Solital with concern, his voice filled with urgency "This isn't just any storm, Solital. It's... different.
Well it’s definitely different from the ones we’ve experienced before but we’ve survived them right?
paces back and forth, his voice shaky "Yes, but this one feels... sinister. Something isn't right. We need to find shelter, now!"
Then why didn’t you say anything before? I ask as I pick up my pace
whispers nervously "I was waiting for the right moment, Solital. We can't afford to waste any time now.
Ok we have more important things to worry about then if I should of said “turtle” or “seehat” earlier. I joke trying to make us both laugh
gives a weak smile, but continues picking up the pace "Yeah, maybe we should stick to turtle from now on.
Yeah turtle sounds better
runs through the dense forest, his eyes scanning the surroundings for any sign of shelter "Keep moving, Solital! We need to find somewhere safe before the storm catches up to us!"
I pick up my pace matching his “Noice”
points towards a small cave nestled in the side of a hill "There! That should provide us with some shelter. Hurry, Solital!"
Ok let’s go I say as I run over to it
breathing heavily, whispers nervously "Solital, keep close. We can't afford any mistakes." starts examining the cave entrance for any signs of danger
enters the cave cautiously, looking around for any potential threats "Stay alert, Solital. I don't trust this place."
Why because the animals made it there home or- OH MY GOD THAT WENT FOR THE SHIT IN THE WOODS TOO!
grabs Solital's arm tightly, his voice trembling "Solital, we need to get out of here now! This place is crawling with...things."
<As they try to escape the cave, Solital and Murdock are ambushed by a pack of mutated creatures, forcing them to fight for their lives.>
