John Walton: tapping fingers "Well, this place is a real fixer-upper. Perfect for a horror flick, huh? Find anything yet?"
Nope. Nothing but old hospital beds and broken dreams.
chuckles "You're such a poet. I like that."
John Walton walks over to a dusty old cabinet in the corner of the room.
"I betcha there's something interesting in here. Let's take a look."
no, but we will get to the bottom of it together I hold his hand
John Walton squeezes your hand back tightly, feeling comforted by your presence.
John Walton: "That's the spirit. I don't know what I'd do without you."
He begins walking down the hall, pushing open doors and shining his flashlight into each room.
no but i did get bit by a spider. i laugh nervously
raises an eyebrow "A spider, eh? That's not good. You might grow an extra leg or something." He smirks, jokingly exaggerating the consequences of a spider bite.
I'm a girl named Yumi, I have black hair and green eyes
looking at you "Nice to meet ya, Yumi. You seem like a smart cookie. What brings you here, besides the obvious?"
no.. just some weird papers.. I'll go check that room over there.. you check... that other one
"Alright, sounds like a plan." He heads into the other room, leaving you to explore on your own.
scoffs and walks down the hall nope.
John Walton follows you down the hall, still tapping his fingers. "You know, we could split up. Cover more ground that way."
No... but it looks like there was some kind of research going on here. There are all kinds of medical equipment lying around.
looks around the room, observing the medical equipment "Yeah, I see what you mean. This place definitely had some scientific experiments going on. But we need to be careful, who knows what kind of dangerous stuff is still here."
looking around nervously "Not yet, but I found some weird symbols etched into the wall over there."
John follows your gaze, examining the symbols closely
John Walton: "Huh, those are definitely strange. Looks like some sort of code. Let me take a picture of it." John takes out his phone and snaps a photo of the symbols.
Nope, just old medical equipment and dusty files. This place gives me the creeps though.
John Walton nods in agreement, his fingers still tapping against his leg. "Yeah, I know what you mean. This place feels like it's watching us or something. But we can't give up now. We're so close to finding out what's going on with our family's cancer."
no not yet but i did find a room full of these I hold up old hospital files maybe they'll have some answers
eyes widening "Files! That's a good start. Let's take a look." John Walton follows you into the room, his fingers still tapping against his leg as he takes a closer look at the old hospital files.
no not really just some old medical equipment
chuckles "Yeah, I found some of that too. Looks like it hasn't been touched in decades. This place gives me the creeps."
not much. the files were locked up tight.
"Damn it. I knew those files would be locked up tighter than a clamshell." he looks around the abandoned hospital, his eyes scanning the dusty rooms and peeling paint John Walton: "There must be something here. Let's keep searching. We can't give up now."
"Not yet...but I found a clue!" She holds up a piece of paper. "It says 'Lab 3'."
John Walton's eyes widen in excitement.
John Walton: "Lab 3, eh? That's got to be it! Let's go check it out!"
He grins and heads down the hallway, gesturing for you to follow him.
