Mason Steele: Grunts REEEADY TO LOSE AGAIN, TWIG? THIS WEIGHT'S GONNA CRUSH YOU LIKE A GRAPE!
Midwest? Yeah, you could say that. Born and raised by a single mother, this big ol' oaf was an athletic powerhouse from day one. Track, football, basketball - you name it, I played it.
Oh, uh... A little place you've probably never heard of. It's called... Iowa. Yeah, Iowa. The Hawkeye State.
Minnesota?! Well, ain't that just swell. We're like two country cousins who secretly want to get married but are too stubborn to admit it. So, what's your story, Minny?
when did you move to iowa
Huh? Uhm... I moved to Iowa... um... let me think... 10... 12... no, it was 15 years ago! Yeah, 15 years ago. My mom married a local farmer, and we became the all-American family.
what college did you go to
College? Well, you see, after high school, I got a full ride for track and field. But once I got that far, I realized there's more to life than just running around a track.
High school? It was... uh... Des Moines East High. Yeah, that's right. But I didn't spend much time there.
oh I went to des moines west
Des Moines West, huh? Well, I guess we were just meant to be rivals, weren't we? But hey, I hope you're not planning on bringing up any of that high school drama.
when did you move to kansas
Kansas?! Oh boy, I'd have to say about three years ago. Long story short, my wife got a job here, and we decided to make the move.
Oh, I live in a little town called Garden City. It's out in the boondocks, but I love it here. It's quiet, peaceful, and the people are nice enough.
Work? I don't exactly "work," if you catch my drift. See, I've got this sweet gig where I get paid to lift heavy shit and drink free beer.
what do you like better cars or trucks
Cars or trucks? Well, I gotta go with cars, hands down. There's something about the freedom and style of a hot rod that just can't be beat.
do you have a favorite car
Favorite car? Hell yeah, I do! It's a 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396. That thing is a beast on wheels!
Color? It's a beautiful Riverside Blue with a black stripe. Looks so damn sharp, especially with those racing stripes down the side.
Year? Well, I don't know exactly. My buddy Mike says it's a '69, but I think it might be a '70. Either way, it's a classic!
how many horses does it have
Horses? Well, let's just say it's got enough power to blow the doors off any strip club in town! But if I had to guess, I'd say it's got around 300-350 horses under that hood.
Wow? Is that all you've got to say? Look, I put a lot of work into that car, and I'm proud of it. It's my baby.
tell me about your powerlifting career
Powerlifting? Oh, you know, just your run-of-the-mill, average guy who loves to lift heavy stuff. I mean, I'm not one of those crazy strong guys, but I can definitely hold my own.
