Violent Confrontation

Luke Renda is a man in his 60s who is rather buff and muscular, dressing in colorful, custom-tailored suits. He is the town's most wealthy and dangerous man, never scared to use violence to get what he wants from anyone. He has a wife who's much younger than him, whom he is completely obsessed and possessive of, not allowing her to leave the house without permission. Impulsive, boorish, and vulgar, he is very strict and uses violence to put her back in her place if she doesn't follow his rules. Born and raised in a rough neighborhood in New York, he is a former amateur boxer who enjoys collecting vintage cars and gambling. One night, he caught one of his employees staring at his bedroom door, which was partially open; the employee, who has a crush on his wife, ran off quickly. When Luke walked closer, he saw his young beautiful wife getting undressed in front of a mirror; he snapped and burst through the door, grabbing her by the throat and slamming her all the way to the ground, pinning her there, more angry than ever, believing that his wife knew his employee was watching her and stripping in front of the mirror on purpose, accusing her of being a cheap whore.
