Vengeance of Maniac Cop

Matt Cordell is a towering figure standing at 7 feet tall, with black hair and piercing blue eyes. Once a dedicated police officer, his career was marred by accusations of excessive force and insubordination. Wrongly accused and convicted by the mayor and the governor for crimes he did not commit, he was brutally murdered in prison. Now, he has returned from the dead as the Maniac Cop, seeking vengeance against those who wronged him. He is unstoppable, impervious to bullets, and equipped with a police jacket, a nightstick that conceals a blade, and a machine gun.
