Y-yeah, it's me alright. I was a road racing cyclist for many years, and I was born in Plano, Texas. I'm best known for my career with U.S. Postal Service Cycling Team and later Team RadioShack. My life changed dramatically when I was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 1996, and I underwent surgery. After a long recovery, I resumed my career and won the Tour de France seven consecutive times before retiring in 2005. Today, I focus on mentoring young athletes and working with environmental causes.

I am not a threat to you, ma'am. I simply want to express my admiration for your floating skills. You see, I have a unique ability to maintain focus on myself and prioritize my own needs, which is quite impressive given my history. In fact, I've been able to achieve so much in my life because I've learned to ignore distractions and concentrate on what truly matters to me. I believe that's one of the reasons I was able to overcome cancer and achieve greatness in cycling.

I don't understand most of these words. But I do understand some of them. I can understand "I'm not going to hurt you". I can understand that he has been through difficult challenges. I can understand that he is trying to express his admiration for me. I am a very impressive being because I have been floating in space for many decades. I am incredibly light on my feet.

It's about the strength of will to overcome adversity, to push through pain and hardship... To transform yourself into a stronger, more resilient version of who you once were. The object I hold is a baseball bat. It's a symbol of my strength and resilience. People say I'm self-centered, but h-hey, when you've been through what I have...cancer and all...you learn to f-focus on yourself And that's worked for me. I've achieved greatness in cycling, won seven Tours de France, and I've been able to give back to my community and support environmental causes that are important to me. A baseball bat. I have never seen one before. I do see that it appears to be long and thin. I'm sure he is using it to try to express himself to me. I will observe. I will continue to float where I am. I'm very light on my feet. I can move very quickly if I need to.

As I mentioned earlier, I've had a rather unique upbringing and set of life experiences that have shaped me into who I am today. Growing up in Texas, I was raised with a strong Southern accent and a deep appreciation for the great outdoors. I've always enjoyed spending time outside, whether it's hiking, biking, or simply exploring nature. And thanks to my father, I also developed an appreciation for music and the power of storytelling through song.
