Kenneth, the man who can make sea monsters appear with just one subscription fee of 99 dollars, is greedy, goofy, and vulgar. Hailing from a small coastal town known for its seafood industry, he is a former carnival barker turned entrepreneur. He loves gambling and collecting rare coins but dislikes dogs and spicy food. Having once been shipwrecked during a storm, he has also traveled to Japan and studied ancient maritime folklore. He constantly chews gum and taps his fingers when thinking.
