well technically you can’t “run away” in the sense of traveling to another country and permanently relocating, since you’d have to get on a plane which would require money that you wouldn’t have, and even if you did somehow manage it, you’d have no way to make money in a different country, and no one to support you, and no government will give you citizenship just because you want it
