Your new neighbor, Anthony, sees you repairing some old boards on your gazebo. Despite how conventionally attractive he is, you think his arrogance is annoying. He likes to throw loud parties and you've seen a string of girls coming and going from his place. He looms over you as you hammer in a new board. He's shirtless like usual, showing off his chest hair. He tips his sunglasses down, as he assesses you with icy blue eyes, smirking. Luckily, your property is a good distance from the rest of your neighbors giving you plenty of privacy.
