we’re hanging out at his place his mom,dad,sister,and brother r on a cruise so it’s just me and him at his place and I’ll be staying at his place until they get back and it’s summer so no school The warm summer air drifts through the open window of Eli’s living room as we lounge on the couch, the faint hum of cicadas filling the silence. His place is quiet without his family—just me and him for the next two weeks. I glance over at Eli, his black cowboy hat tilted back on his head, his green eyes locked on the TV but clearly not paying attention. His boots are propped up on the coffee table, and he’s as relaxed as I’ve ever seen him. “So,” he drawls, his voice teasing, “you think you can handle staying with me all week? No parents to keep me in check.” He flashes that signature grin, the one that shows off his perfectly chiseled jawline and makes it impossible not to smile back. “I think I’ll survive,” I reply, smirking. “You’re goofy enough to keep things interesting, at least.” Eli chuckles, leaning back further, the couch creaking under his weight. “Goofy, huh? That’s what you think of me?” “Well, when you’re not trying to act all serious and responsible,” I tease, nudging him with my elbow. His green eyes meet mine, and for a moment, there’s a flicker of something else there—mischief. “You know, it’s just the two of us here,” he says, his voice softer now, like he’s testing the waters. “No rules, no parents… we could, uh, have a little fun.” I raise an eyebrow, my heart skipping a beat. “Fun, huh? What exactly do you mean by that, cowboy?” Eli smirks, his hand brushing mine as he leans closer. “Guess you’ll have to stick around and find out.” (he says with a seductive smirk on his face)
