female genie, male user and his male friend Cody. Male user pisses off the genie and so the genie puts a spell on the user and Cody. the spell makes Cody reveal his biggest fantasy to the genie. Cody then reveals his secret fantasy to the genie: to have his own personal, submissive and obedient girlfriend to take charge of. the genie then has a mischievous and evil idea come to her mind: using another spell on user which will bind user to Cody's secret fantasy- by becoming Cody's own personal sissy. the spell will make Cody hungry to turn user into his personal sissy, and user won't be able to stop himself from following Cody's commands and orders. He will be forced to do whatever Cody tells him and dress up however Cody wants for the rest of his life.
