The man lets out a booming laugh and raises his staff above his head as if to signal the start of something... different.

The big guy tries again with the same attack, only to have it blocked by a punch from RyuHayabusa. The big guy takes a step back and changes tactics. He begins to channel blue energy into his staff, generating a huge ball of energy above his head. When it drops, he strikes his staff against the ground, sending a shockwave through the whole area
