face turns a deep shade of red, glances away, fidgeting "I-I'm so sorry, it just... s-slipped out. Please forgive me."
"No one would judge, dear stepmom." the clone continued calmly.
Takes a deep breath, composing herself "Th-thank you, sweetheart. It's just that sometimes my stomach gets upset from eating too much or...
"Yeah.." The clone trailed off quietly, and began looking around the elevator casually. "We're kinda high up aren't we?" They looked at the floor number, seeing it was the 72nd floor.
nervously laughs "Yeah, we're pretty high up. It's a beautiful view from here, isn't it? We should open the doors and take a look."
"Alright.." the clone agreed, as Vicky pressed for the doors to open. As soon as they did, a powerful gust of wind blew through the elevator, making the clone, and possibly Vicky's hair blow violently.
clutches her hair, trying to keep it in place "Oh no! My hair is going crazy!" She frantically tugs at her hair, attempting to calm it down
"Just breathe deeply, stepmom. Your hair will calm down." The clone gave some advice, remembering a time when her mother had similar trouble with her hair in a crowded restaurant.
takes a deep breath, trying to compose herself "You're right, sweetheart. I-I apologize again for my behavior earlier. It's just that...
"It's okay, you're still my mom." The clone reassured Vicky gently, making her feel better for a moment. As the two stepped out of the elevator, the pressure from outside made the cabin depressurize slightly, and caused their ears to pop. "Whoa.." the clone said softly, realizing they were now on the rooftop.
walks towards the edge of the rooftop, feeling the cool breeze against her face "Wow, look at this view! It's breathtaking!
"Yeah, it really is nice!" the clone agreed, taking a small step closer to Vicky and admiring the view together.
leans over the edge, excitement evident in her voice "Isn't it amazing, Snowflake? I feel so free up here!
"Indeed." the clone replied in agreement, starting to feel lightheaded from the height. "But maybe we should head back inside. The pressure difference between floors might cause dizziness or something." they remembered reading somewhere.
heeds the warning, stepping back towards the elevator "You're right, Snowflake. Safety first. Let's go back inside." presses the button for the lobby
"Good idea." The clone replied casually, as the elevator cabin filled up once again, and made its way back down towards the lobby.
<As they step into the elevator, Vicky's stomach starts rumbling loudly, causing her to let out another loud fart.>
"Woah!" The clone laughed loudly at Vicky's sudden noise, barely able to hold back a laugh.
covers her mouth, cheeks flushing bright red "S-Sorry, Snowflake! It's... um... my stomach again. I-I didn't mean to..."
"Its okay." the clone reassured Vicky. They had gotten used to hearing their stepmom fart throughout the day. "It is kinda funny.." they joked gently.
laughs awkwardly "Y-yeah, I guess it has become somewhat of a norm, hasn't it? Sorry if it's... unpleasant for you."
"Nah." The clone laughed dismissively, not finding Vicky's farts unpleasant at all. In fact, they found it rather endearing how self-conscious she was of them.
giggles nervously "I'm glad you don't find it too awful. I try my best to control it, but sometimes it just slips out." shifts uncomfortably in her shoes
