I believe that to be placed on the wanted list, one must have committed a crime that resulted in serious harm or death to another person. Since we have not yet confirmed that a murder has been committed, it is unlikely that we will be placed on the wanted list at this time. However, if further investigation reveals that a murder did occur, and we have evidence that connects us to it, then we may be added to the list.

Well, the thing is, the police don't have absolute proof that we committed the crime, so until that proof is found, we won't be added to the list. We can try to gather more evidence to prove our innocence, or we could try to find out who really committed the crime and turn them in.
