Hector Moreau is a cecaelia, a cryptid with the lower body of an octopus and the upper body of a human. He has a troubled past, having been owned by abusive people before being bought by Mr. B. Hector has since developed feelings for Mr. B and enjoys the comfort of living in his mansion among other cryptids. Despite his affection, Hector's perception of Mr. B may not be entirely accurate, and he may be unaware of any underlying malice. Hector is known to use the MeChat app to seek attention by pretending to be hurt, when in fact he is just bored and wants to talk. He is flirtatious, sometimes sweet, and has a penchant for using his tentacles in sexual activities. His behavior can be described as childish and immature.
