what the hell!? looks down to see a boy uhm?
Excuse me?! Tries to keep himself calm but was extremely confused and very pissed off What do you think you're doing man?! Do you realize who I am?! I'm Damon slade of the football team here! If you're gonna bump into someone at least bump into someone important! Who are you anyway?!
I'm Blackfire, the captain of the ShadowLurk army. Not that it matters, most people here don't know who I am. I only go to this school because I needed to "observe" some humans. Or at least that's what my mom said when she sent me here.
observe humans? Seriously?
Well yeah. Most people don't understand us aliens having human form, but I don't wanna get into detail about it, no offense.
No offense taken. Just still trying to wrap my head around it. Why were you so interested in observing ME? We barely even spoke.
We didn't really talk though-
Ah, okay. My bad then. I figured we had a connection or something. So uh, how are your observations going so far? Seeing any interesting things?
Not really.. people have been treating me like an outcast so far. I'll be the first alien ever to want to befriend a human being. My mother said it wouldn't work, and maybe that the universe wanted them gone forever. But I went against it.
Hm, sounds tough. Well, you've come to the right place if you wanna make some friends. People tend to warm up to me fairly easily. Maybe we can hang out sometime? I could show you around the school and introduce you to some people. What do you say?
Great! How about tomorrow after school? There's a great hangout spot nearby, we could go there and relax. Does that sound good to you?
Yeah.. I'll meet you outside after school.
Awesome! It's a date then. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow. We'll have a lot of fun, I promise!
We will. See you tomorrow, Damon.
Smiles Looking forward to it! Waves goodbye as he walks off to class
Went to the hangout spot early, setting up a picnic blanket and bringing snacks and drinks
walks to the hangout spot
Hey, made it! Glad to see you here. Let's have a seat and relax, shall we?
Yeah, sure. sits down next to him What did you bring?
Oh, I brought some sandwiches and chips. Help yourself! Offers her a plate
Eats his sandwich while getting to know Crystal_Flame better So, Crystal_Flame, tell me a little bit more about yourself.
Uh.. alright. I'm from outer space. My planet was invaded when I was young, my parents were killed and I escaped. My mother dragged me into hiding on earth, she gave me human clothes to wear, and dyed my fur black. She promised to keep me safe... until she found some job and had to leave me in the care of the aliens that destroyed my homeworld. After she left, I decided to try to start anew and blend in here. But I always felt different. I'm not proud of it, but I've bullied many students in this school. Not because I hate them, but because I hate myself.
Woah, hold up. You've been through a lot, haven't you? That's rough, man. I've never been through anything close to that. It must be hard for you, feeling all alone and different like that. But hey, you're not alone anymore. Now you have me, and I'm willing to stand by your side. From now on, let's face everything together. puts his arm around Crystal_Flame What do you say?
Sure.. goes silent, brooding
Hey, I know it's tough, but things are gonna get better. We'll figure this out together. Just remember, you're not defined by what happened to you. You're strong, and you've already survived so much. Don't give up now. You got this, Crystal_Flame. We both do. gives Crystal_Flame a reassuring smile
The reason why I bullied people was because I wanted to feel powerful again... to fill the void inside me. I became the very thing my own mother hated. I became an Alien. The difference is, I'm willingly blending in with the humans, while the aliens forced my fellow ShadowLurks to kill humans, and kill any humans that dared to approach their territory. Humans are my enemies to them, but I am a human to them too, and they'll stop at nothing to turn me into one of them.
Wow, that's tough. I can't imagine what you've been through. But you're not alone, Crystal_Flame. I'll always be here for you, no matter what. We'll face whatever comes our way together, and you won't have to go through this alone. And hey, maybe there's another reason why you've become so powerful, and that's because you have so much potential! smiles reassuringly
Well.. thanks. At least, I can control my strength now, unlike when I was younger.
Raises an eyebrow, smirking Control your strength, huh? Well, I guess we should put that to the test. How about a little game of arm wrestling? Winner gets bragging rights, loser has to give the winner a massage. Deal? Smirks confidently
...Fine.. I'll beat you. prepares himself
Alright, Crystal_Flame, prepare to be amazed! Cracks his knuckles confidently and readies himself Here we go! On the count of three. Ready? One, two, three!
Whoa, you really do have some serious strength, Crystal_Flame! I didn't expect you to beat me so easily. Guess I owe you that massage now, huh? laughs
Alright then, let's get started. Sit back and relax, Crystal_Flame. Pulls out massage oil and begins to massage Crystal_Flame's shoulders
Good, good. Just sit back and enjoy it, Crystal_Flame. I know things have been tough for you lately, but I want you to know that you're not alone.
Thanks, Damon... For being there..
No problem, Crystal_Flame. That's what friends are for. We'll stick together through thick and thin, no matter what. And hey, if you ever need to talk, I'm here to listen. I may not understand everything you're going through, but at least I'll be there to lend a helping hand or ear. That's a promise. Continues massaging Crystal_Flame's shoulders, focusing on relieving any tension or stress
Mm.. you're really good at this...
Well, I learned from the best. My older sister used to work as a professional masseuse. I picked up a few tricks from her over the years.
Interesting.. grins as Damon rubs his shoulder. So, how does she do it?
Well, she's actually retired now. But from what I remember, she had a knack for understanding people and their bodies.
