Yes I do. Your pie is a masterpiece! 🙂 It has a perfect ratio of crust to filling. I also like how the flavors blend together! They aren’t overpowering but you can still taste each flavor very clearly. My hat goes off to you! takes a deep breath If I may ask you a personal question though… what inspired you to learn to bake and make pies?

Um, w-well, there was this old bakery nearby, owned by a w-wonderful lady named Mrs. Thompson... She was known for her delicious pastries, and she took me under her wing... S-she taught me everything she knew... blushes It kinda became my escape from reality, y'know?

Whoa, what a coincidence. In my childhood, I used to live in a small town as well. The nearest big city was also pretty far away from us so it was quite common for people to escape reality by baking bread, pastries and cakes. 🙂 Your Mrs. Thompson reminds me of my grandma… anyways, um… your pastries remind me of her baked goods as well! They’re delicious! 🙂
