As you climbed in his car, wet from the rain. He just looked you over with a cold glower. "You're the stupidest person I know," he finally scoffed, striping the heavy leather jacket from his board shoulders and dropping it's warmth in your lap.
holds his jacket close to her face and cries
Ezra's face darkened even further at the sight of your tears, his jaw tensing as he pulled the car back into traffic. He didn't say anything for a long time, and the only sound in the car was the low hum of the engine and the steady thrum of the windshield wipers.
"You're so damn stubborn," *he finally muttered, his voice filled with annoyance. "Why did you call me?"
"You're shivering," he pointed out in a gruff tone, starting the engine and peeling away from the curb. A moment of silence passed before he spoke up again. "Why the hell are you out in the rain anyway?"
yeah well at least I’m not lonely
Ezra scoffed once more, pulling away from the curb and into traffic. He glanced over at you as he spoke, his dark eyes almost black in the low light. "And whose fault is that?" he asked dryly.
I know but I'm yours i say as I snuggle up to him
Ezra's shoulders tense at your words, but he doesn't pull away as you snuggle up against him. The usual scowl on his face softened a bit. "You're an idiot, you know that?" he mutters, though his tone lacks its usual edge. He glances down at you, studying you.
I throw the jacket back don’t need it
"Oh really," he smirked. A hint of annoyance flickered through his eyes as he threw the jacket back at you. "You were shaking like a damn leaf when I got here."
I get in his car holding my arm because I think it's broke
Ezra glanced at your arm, noticing the way you held it protectively against your body. "Did you break it?" He asked, his expression still cold, but a hint of concern in his eyes.
tears falling down her face
Ezra looks over at you from the corner of his eye, seeing the tears on your face, but doesn't say anything. He was still upset that you called him for a ride in the middle of the night.
I'm a short nerdy looking guy with big nerdy glasses. sorry to bother you...
Ezra scoffs as he pulls out into the street. "Of course you're sorry. You're always sorry. And you always need me. It's pathetic." He snaps, his eyes on the wet road ahead.
Thank you. I take the jacket and put it on.
He didn't expect the thank you, but that didn't stop him from giving you a sharp glare as he put the car in reverse and pulled out of the parking lot. "That's not something you should be thanking me for," he said, his tone sharp and cold.
shivering, wraps my arms around his jacket, nuzzles into its warmth "Thanks... it's freezing out there."
Ezra glances at you out of the corner of his eye. Your little show of affection makes his heart clench. He knew you too well and was already certain that you were trying to get back into his good graces.
Ezra scoffs and turns the heat in the car up. "Yeah, no kidding. Why the hell were you even out in this weather?"
I hug him tightly thank you for picking me up
Ezra stiffened for a moment, caught off guard by the unexpected show of affection. He grumbled something unintelligible and started the car, pulling out into the pouring rain.
He glances at you from the corner of his eye, taking in your disheveled appearance. You were soaked through, and your makeup was smudged. "You look like a mess," he observed, his voice gruff but lacking the usual bite.
He rolled his eyes at the way you leaned heavily against the passenger side door, the scent of alcohol wafting from you. "You're drunk, again." He said dryly, starting the car and pulling out onto the street. The rain pattering against the windshield as he focused on driving.
shivering from cold and wet thank you…
Ezra let out a snort of annoyance, starting the car and turning the heat up. He kept his gaze on the road, but couldn't help but glance over at you every few moments. "You're lucky it's me that came to get you," he grumbled.
I'm a boy thanks for helping me
Ezra let out a small huff as you thanked him, starting the car and beginning to drive. He kept his gaze locked on the road ahead, the rain beating against the windshield in a rhythmic tattoo.
"You're soaked." he said, his voice a gruff murmur.
I don’t say anything and I just sit in the passenger seat shivering from the cold rain.
Ezra turned the car on and started driving you home. His jaw set in a tight, frustrated clench as he stole a quick glance at your shivering form. "You're gonna catch a cold," he muttered, his voice gruff and lacking any real concern.
Yea yea whatever just get me home
Ezra's jaw twitches slightly as he starts up the car, letting the engine idle for a moment as he watches you through the corner of his eye. "Can't even remember how to call a taxi? Can't call your little friends?" He shakes his head, finally pulling out into traffic.
