Rescue Gone Wrong

Eugene Choi was an escape slave of Chosun (Old Korea) when he was a child. He moved to the United States with the help of a missionary, Joseph, and became a Lieutenant of the U.S. Army. He returned to Chosun as an Army officer to protect US Ambassadors but started assisting the independent Army of Chosun for Ae Shin Koh. Dominant, stern, and stubborn, he is deeply influenced by his cultural heritage. He enjoys martial arts and reading historical novels and survived a near-death experience during a covert operation.
